| Severt's Tree Farm has a 62,000 square foot Warehouse where all loading is done, indoors, regardless of the weather. This allows us to get all our trees into a cool, protected storage facility, safe from the harmful effects of the sun and wind, which can damage even the heartiest of trees if left exposed to the elements. The trees arrive inside on the same day as they are harvested. This makes a big difference to the retailer on the last trees sold. |

| Severt's own and operates our own fleet of trucks and enclosed trailers. We don't have to depend on other carries to deliver our wholesale trees to market on time. You can count on us. |
