The Severt’s Farm mission is simple, do our best to honor the Lord Jesus Christ through our relationships with each individual that crosses our path from our co-worker to our customer. We are committed to you is to provide you with a freshly-cut, and quality Christmas tree and reliable customer service you can count on for years to come.
Severt’s History
Severt’s Tree Farm Christmas Tree Lots are located throughout the state of Florida. Supplying our loyal customers with quality Christmas trees has kept us in business for over 40 years. Our Trees are cut and shipped directly from the field to ensure the best possible freshness. We offer personal service and competitive prices without sacrificing “Severt” quality. We sell Fraser Fir, Grand Fir, Scotch Pine, White Pine and Blue Spruce. Sizes range from Table Top to 12ft.
The first trees we sold were wild-grown, never sheared, never fertilized. I cut them with a bow saw, hauled them to the Farmer’s Market, and sold them for $2- $3. At the time, I thought we were making a bundle!
Mike Severt, Owner
Founded by Mike Severt in 1969 as a retail Christmas tree business, buying and selling trees throughout the state of Florida; retail Christmas tree lots & farmers markets. Wife, Kathy Severt, works with Mike on the retail tree business and Severt’s Produce.
1982 – Planted his first crop of trees in NC
1989 – Brother Greg Severt started working with Mike managing Florida Retail Sales.
2002 – Bought farm and warehouse in Virginia. Growing trees in both states ever since.
